Unlocking the Potential of P4 Medicine
This event will serve as a platform bringing together stakeholders and leaders from the healthcare sector and related fields to explore together the perspectives of P4 Medicine - Predictive, Preventive, Personalized, and Participatory. Anchored on the DIHsP4_Medicine project, the event aims to support the efforts of European Digital Innovation Hubs (EDIHs) to contribute to the promotion of the P4 paradigm in the medical field, as well as the digitization of healthcare through various services and collaboration mechanisms within the ecosystem.
Building Collaborative Solutions
A cornerstone of the event is the validation of the Joint Action Plan developed by the consortium partners throughout this project. The plan will be validated together with experts from the medical and healthcare spheres. This plan will contribute to the creation of dynamic and interconnected innovation ecosystems, with a significant impact in the healthcare and well-being sector, in line with the EU health strategy.
