Joint Action Plan

The Joint Action Plan (JAP) is the main deliverable which will be done by the DIHs_P4Medicine partnership and will be built on the findings and mappings done by the four Digital Innovation Hubs  in relation to existing instruments and initiatives which encourage the adoption of P4 paradigm in Medicine. JAP will address the barriers related to the deployment of collaboration mechanisms among Hubs that leverage existing resources and capabilities that deliver a value proposition that supports business and public authorities in their digital transformation through processes based on the co-creation, co-planning and co-investments.
