Joint Action Plan

The Joint Action Plan (JAP) is the main deliverable of the DIHs_P4Medicine partnership, based on the findings and mappings of the four Digital Innovation Hubs (DIHs) on existing tools and initiatives that support the adoption of the P4 paradigm in medicine. The JAP addresses barriers to the use of collaborative mechanisms between DIHs and leverages existing resources and capabilities to support companies and public authorities in their digital transformation through co-creation, co-planning and co-investment processes.
